Before commencement of any driving lessons, all pupils must:

            Be aged 17 or older (16 if disabled).

            Hold a driving licence that is valid for the UK

            (Provisional, full or an appropriate foreign licence).

All pupils must pass the required eyesight test before commencement of the initial lesson.

​

Failure to do so will result in the instructor being entitled to refuse to conduct the driving lesson, but may still charge.

Cancellations by the pupil must be made 48 hours before the commencement of the lesson or full lesson price will apply.

Exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the driving instructor may result in the fee being waivered, but the instructor's decision will be final.

The instructor cannot be held responsible for lesson cancellation due to a mechanical breakdown, but will endeavour to find a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.

The instructor has the right to refuse the tuition car for the day of your driving test if, in the opinion of the driving instructor, the candidate is not deemed to be at the required test standard.

I will have the decision to cancel a lesson with no notice if I believe the pupil to be under the influence of alcohol. Please let me know if you are taking any medication that may affect your ability to drive.

You cannot sell or transfer driving lessons which have been purchased in your name to any other person.

​

The instructor will provide the pupil with a dual controlled car in a clean, roadworthy and tidy condition.

​

We have a strict no smoking in-car policy.
